Sigh. I boot the XP box about every two months, to do something (like Visio) that requires M$ Windows ( don't say it, Visio 2007 doesn't run well under CrossOver Office or Wine)

Why is it that I have to budget in three hours of updates before I can do any useful work?

Rarely do I do battle with Win-XP, but tonight I did, and I actually think I won. The solution for my Dad's access issues is the ever popular rdp remote desktop.
